Andre Dean is the President and Principal Owner of Dean Public Affairs, a government relations, business, and professional services consulting firm.
Before starting DPA, Dean was the Vice President of Public Policy and Multicultural Affairs for the Greater Memphis Chamber. While there, he created strategic alliances to improve business operations for existing firms while supporting a legislative agenda that was developed to improve economic conditions in our community.
Focusing on Manufacturing, Logistics, and Public Policy, Dean developed solid relationships and expertise across multiple disciplines that aided in his ability to direct companies in strategic decision-making. This also allowed him to communicate concerns on behalf of the local business community effectively.
Dean is a member of the Tennessee Lobbyist Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Urban League, and is a longtime member of Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, having most recently served on the Strategic Visioning team. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis, with a BS in Accounting, married, and father of three.
Although he is a Nashville native, he has fully embraced the Memphis community as his home.

She oversees day-to-day operations, manages staff and project teams, and enhances both internal and external capabilities to drive impactful public affairs solutions.
She is responsible for implementing overarching strategic plans across multiple projects, including corporate social responsibility initiatives, community engagement strategies, and market sustainability programs.
Working closely with the CEO and agency clients, she develops and executes high-impact stakeholder engagement efforts, business and community relations strategies, and intergovernmental initiatives.
Additionally, she oversees collaborative partnerships and alliances, fostering relationships that expand the firm’s influence and effectiveness.

His role includes vendor coordination, budget tracking, and ensuring that internal processes align with the firm’s mission to deliver high-impact results for public and private sector clients.
